Micheal 'Merv' Van Auker

I am Michael ‘Merv’ Van Auker and I am proud to be the founding Principal of Anacapa Adult Transition Program.   I have had experiences in special education as a teacher, a service provider, administrator, but also as family member of individual with developmental disabilities.  I am very lucky to have the opportunity to work with the amazing staff of Anacapa to promote independence and inclusion.  I believe in the SeaDogs and am excited as Anacapa continues to grow to better support the needs of our students.

 

The VanAuker family likes adventuring and can often be found at the beach or riding our bikes.  I appreciate a good Dad Joke too!
