I believe in Anacapa Adult Transition Program and excited about the work we are doing to support the community of individuals with disabilities.  Making sure the voices of those with disabilities are heard by recognizing their agency and right to self-determination is foundational to our program.  We prioritize skill development that will support the greatest degree of independance for each individual student.
