Anacapa Adult Transition Program was established in 2021 when Oxnard Union High School District reorganized and focused all of the Adult Transition resources on one campus. We are the Sea Dogs!
Anacapa Adult Transition Program is a community-based program designed for individuals ages 18-22 with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Anacapa provides instructional and work-related activities that enable students to learn the proper work, personal, and social behaviors necessary for employment and independence. Students gain the confidence to make their own decisions, take personal responsibility for their actions, and gain knowledge of their rights as individuals.
